ARPA Nonprofit Sustainability Funds

To: Roscommon County Health and Human Service Organizations
From: Roscommon County United Way
Through the American Rescue Plan funding received by Roscommon County and distributed by the Board of Commissioners, Roscommon County United Way was allocated $115,000 for the Nonprofit Sustainability Fund. The goal of the Fund is to assist small local nonprofits recover from the pandemic.
ELIGIBILITY:
Serve Roscommon County Residents
Must be a health and human service organization in good standing with IRS
Have an operating budget of less than $75,000
ALLOCATION:
The maximum amount of funds allocated per agency is $7,500
Will be determined:
Loss of revenue
Numbers served
Need of agency
Allocations will be paid as government funding is received.

IRS Determination letter
Most recent operational budget
2019 and 2020 990 or 990EZ or 990 Postcard. (For nonprofits who only submit a 990 Postcard, year-end bank statements will need to be submitted for 2019 and 2020.)
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED
